Shipping Rates

• Free UK shipping on all orders over £60
• Free International shipping on all orders over £180
• Shipping costs for orders under £60, and for international orders, are calculated at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch Times

All items are made to order with great care and attention to detail.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. This timeframe refers to processing time and does not include delivery time once your order has been sent.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. While I cannot guarantee expedited turnaround, I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.

Please note: items that are not hand-embroidered are excluded from this timeframe and are usually dispatched within one week.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK orders: 2–5 working days

• International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and will be advised at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays outside of my control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you shouldn't face any unexpected charges upon delivery.
